A searchable directory of the secret discounts companies only offer once you head for the exit — collected, structured, and made findable.
The idea
Most subscriptions quietly hold a better price in reserve — a “retention offer” that only appears the moment you start to cancel. Everyone half-knows this, nobody has the list.
CancelDiscount is that list: 80+ services across 10 categories, each with the deal people have actually been offered when they tried to leave, what to say, and where to say it.
How it's built
Built solo in Astro with Tailwind, deployed on Netlify. The whole directory is content-first: every deal is structured data, rendered as static pages so the site is fast, crawlable, and easy to search and filter.

What I was exploring
A small, self-contained product: take a single sharp insight, turn it into clean structured data, and design the whole thing around being found. From idea to a live, ranking site — solo, end to end.
